There are times when they encourage you to push yourself, and you will, but always doing so knowing that there is a safety net if you need help. Additionally, I curated, edited and collaborated with technology writers for the official blog. I designed the mailchimp newsletter and wrote content for the biweekly news. As the community director in a tight remote 3 person team, I steered all email marketing and outreach efforts between bootcamps, nonprofits and students.
